SCAM! They say you will get your recommendation/certification within 24 hrs of meeting with a Dr. I was "approved" on 7/18 but the Dr never sent me or the state of IL the recommendation. It is also supposed to be on your profile. Not there. I emailed customer service and they messaged the Dr but it's been 2 days and he has not replied to them. They said I just have to wait for a reply. Nope! I will be doing a chargeback for not receiving what I paid for!

The whole thing only took one afternoon. Very easy to do.

Easy and clear setup! Doctor appointment is easy to schedule and hop on almost immediately during office hours. Only had about a 5 min wait! Easy to talk to and straight to the point. Honest feedback. Great!!

I've been renewing my medical recommendation with NuggMD for over 10 years now and it's the easiest and quickest way to do it. When I first became a medical cannabis user, everything had to be done in person and the time it took to drive and then wait was costly. Since I discovered NuggMD, my renewals have been quick and easy. No driving. I've never had a long wait and even when I do have to wait, I'm at home so it's not wasted time. I wouldn't want to do it any other way now.
