Went to the store to ask questions. The lady answered all my questions, assisted with an order to be picked up on a different day in a calm,timely, and professional manner. Overall demeanor and professionalism exceeded expected norms.

Great Experience

SCAM I had used them to try to renew my card. Mind you, this was one of the options I was told we could use to do so that was secure. My card needed annually renewed so that's what I did. This was my first time doing it and I paid almost 200 dollars 😮‍💨 and never got my card. I called them and they said wait another month. I waited. Which turned into more waiting and more waiting. I had did this in May. It's now August. Still haven't gotten card. When I had messaged help desk in the nuggmd they told me there's "nothing they can do and that I should contact the state". Which is what I did. State told me the doctors on there scam people. They overcharge and then people don't get their stuff. Also they WONT REFUND. Don't waste your time and money. I wanted to try and tell anyone on anything that I could. Stay safe. Lesson learned i guess.
