Quick and easy and was approved in no time....

AS an exmilitary veteran they didn't thank me for my service. They helped in a way that the VA could or wouldn't. Now that is service.

Super easy to apply and renew. Video call with a doctor goes through the second you pay. Quick talk and your approved and emailed your paperwork within a day or two. This is my second time renewing with this company and I couldn't ask for anything better!

Perfect customer service Johnika was a gem and so patient The whole experience was easy and any trouble I had was completely my own doing. Yet every time I sent a message Johnika was ready to help!

I paid and all I got was the run around trying to see a doctor. I have Lupus so should have been a quick yes or no answer. I got a week of 40+ minutes waiting on their cite waiting. I contacted them by email to let them know I was having issue and again they told me to wait on the site and a Dr would be with me in a few minutes, which turned into 15 minutes.

Quick, easy, friendly. On hold for a while but the Doctor was just backed up and was genuinely trying to be fast and efficient.
