The wait was minimal the doctor was very good at explaining the benefits.

So fast and efficient. I paid and there he was on my screen ready for the doctor visit. Took maybe 2 minutes and after we were done I received the letter and my email that I was approved!

the setup was easy and it only took a few minutes

I had a snag in my onboarding process where two numbers were transposed in my birthday that prevented dispensaries from finding me in the texas CURT system. This delayed me for a week or so. Suggestion to help others avoid this problem would be to push the review of fields filled out on the NuggMD account to the patient to verify when a similar problem develops since the doctor copies birthdate etc from the website to the CURT when onboarding. It appears the birthdate was entered by me incorrectly at the beginning but no one thought to double check that for a week. But your support staff stuck with me until we figured it out and the doctor made the correction. Thanks for the support.

The whole process was super quick and easy! You just enter your information, select a time, and a doctor will see you ASAP! I was very surprised by how smooth and quick the process was. I entered my info late one night, and before noon the next morning I was approved after a short chat with a doctor! Cannot recommend enough!

The process was easy the doctor was easy to talk to and she was very understanding.

Process was quick & also provided clear information regarding the steps in the process. Doctor was very pleasant & we got through her interview efficiently.

Only thing I can think of that was negative, was the wait time to see the dr. I waited in the “waiting room” for about 45 mins. Which still wasn’t bad, considering I could do it from my bed! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Extremely easy to schedule an appointment and meet with the doctor. Instructions and forms are supplied immediately so the patient can complete the process with their state agency. A great value and provides easy online access for folks unable to drive. Amazing doctor gave me wonderful advice on how to use different products to improve my health outcome. Very happy with this experience and would recommend to anyone who needs guidance for their health needs.
