I wasn't in the virtual waiting room for long at all. I was extremely nervous at first. Once my appointment started, the Dr was easy to talk with. He answered all of my questions and explained the emails I was going to receive. I was approved and the emails he told me about were sent right after I was done with my appointment.I would recommend NuggMD to anybody! I was treated with respect and never felt judged. Thank you NuggMD for making the entire process go smoothly!

NuggMD had a special where they will process the application free for veterans on Veterans Day. I decided to try it out. They had to manually bypass the payment page for me and then they put me in the online "waiting room." After waiting for over an hour I reached back out to the online chat, only to be told the doctor wasn't in but would be back in the office on Monday and would process my application. Fast forward a little over a week and checking in three more times, I was informed by email that they were rejecting the application because NuggMD or their doctor said it was going to be too far for me to drive for the in person visit! I regularly drive over an hour to go to the VA hospital so seeing their provider would have been no problem. Very upset that they offer a service to veterans and then don't deliver.
