I had a little trouble with getting my approval straightened out at first. It happens. But every attempt to contact them during the confusion was met with an immediate or near immediate response. They never left me hanging.

The doctor was polite and very knowledgeable about the program. It didn’t take long after he asked me a few questions I was approved. I’m very happy. He actually listened to me and I felt understood for once. I’ve been to pain management doctors that didn’t listen or help me with any kind of medications. So, I hope that this helps my chronic pain and neuropathy issues.

Great Service

The medical professional who assisted me was Wendy and she was great. She assisted in suggestions and advice on other treatments and other THC/CBD options for my chronic pain. It was pleasure dealing with her. The renewal of my med card was easy through NuggMD and done all less than 30 min and best was at a good price. Would def deal with NuggMD for future renewals.
