Quick and easy to do

Highly recommend this site. Have been putting off getting my card for years, now I can't wait to finally get the meds I need from a dispensary I can trust. No more spending money on ite.s that I can't see from folks I don't know.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE! This company is just shady period. They hit me credit card for payment and when I scheduled the required doctor appointment AFTER they took the money, I was left waiting for about 20 minutes online and a no show. Also the URL's provided in the multple text messages they send do not work. Do not trust AI to give you honest feedback. Now I have to issue a request for a full refund.

Was easier than I expected, thought I would have to jump through hoops to get taken care of

It was easy. The only part that was frustrating was when I was in the virtual waiting room; there was no indication how long it was going to be or if it was working and you were truly working. Luckily, the chat was right there and available. Granted it was an AI bot, but they were available immediately and they able to tell me at least the Dr was "seeing" others and it's approximately a 20 minute wait and that he would CALL my telephone when it's time. So while I was just sitting there on the Internet zoom call for 20-39 minutes by then I realized it was for nothing because my cell phone rang and it was Dr Nugg. It was very easy, but I've had a car me in upstate NY before.

I hate this company. My first experience with them was seamless but all of my renewals have been an insane headache. Last year the doctor literally forgot to submit my certification to the state. I found out when i went to the dispensary and they told me my certification was expired. I had to pay recreational prices and tax until the doctor got his s**t together and did his job. This year, I renewed and then continued to get messages urging me to renew. On the day I renewed, the doc approved me, hung up on me in the middle of our call and then sent me a recommendation letter from 2024. Chat takes an insane amount of time to get responses and don’t even try to expect resolution. Anytime I ask for a refund because my experience has been awful, it’s all smiles and gaslighting. Last year they sent me a whole $20 for my trouble AFTER I submitted a formal complaint to the BBB. It doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface of making things right after the cluster-eff of working with this garbage company. As soon as my prepaid renewals are done, i’m done with nuggmd. You have ONE JOB and you have failed me more than you have done what I pay you to do.
