Excellent service from customer service to the very informative doctor

Have found this company to be very reliable and trustworthy. Have used their services for several years. Never been disappointed. The process works smoothly and the doctors are friendly and professional.

This was such an easy process with nuggmd. I have tried other services only to get the runaround. So glad I decided to try this one. Only took about 10 minutes to get connected with the Dr for the referral. Will definitely use them again and also tell people about them.

I received a reminder my recommendation was coming up for renewal. I used the link in the email to their website. I uploaded my current photo and updated my current medical status. I received a phone call within 20 minutes. I spoke to my doctor and within 5 minutes received my renewed recommendation. It is that easy. This company is able to accept your money for licensing and product. However, the logistical delivery process is horrible.The basics of when, where, how much, etc disappeared after payment.I am a medical marijuana patient whose pricing, payment, and transaction information turns into dozens of electronic contacts, and many alterations until I barely know if the people I am in contact with could be part of any legal process.I think they should be embarrassed about their failures at every step of the process and fix them.I will definitely be watching my payment information
