The process was quick and very simple. I had a problem with the state website, but that had nothing to do with NuggMD. The support team at NuggMD gave me the information as to who I could reach out to in order to get it resolved. Very helpful and supportive!

So, I found out after paying that all I can get through the system is edibles so I tried to cancel my order just hours later and was refused. They stated I was already in the system and would not refund my money. Ok, so I fell for the hype and just lost 80 bucks is what I'm thinking. After sifting through the "so called" dispensaries available to me I find out not only is it only edibles but there are none near me. The 2 inREMOVEDI would have to drive across town for only have specific pick up days and times for your order. If I wanted it delivered they would charge me 25 dollars more. So ya...not so super jazzed about this purchase. I get pretty much nothing I can use for my money that was refused to be refunded to me. Thanks!

From live chat to support to certify to the attending statement needing to be emailed .... all my forms could not be uploaded. NuggMD worked with me every step of the way. I found it to be a very pleasant experience it was the second time in two years that I have attempted to do that and the first time was some kind of a scam and some other company took my credit card information it was ugly so I was very pleased with it the doctor said I would have my card in 3 to 5 days I had to take care of getting my driver's license because I was expiring so I had to take care of that first and I got it today which is what like 5 days later so I'm very pleased with it I have no complaints thank you for being there DrREMOVED

This may not be the way it always is but it was sure efficient and fast. The teleconference with the Dr. was really nice and helpful on things that might help me. I was a great experience! Process was super fast and easy. People who aren't the most tech savvy may have a hard time with the webcam thing, but that is at no fault of nuggMD in my opinion.Their website is very simple and easy to use, the Doctor I was paired with was very well spoken, knowledgeable, kind, passionate and I would highly recommend their service to anyone after having used it myself.
