I have been usingREMOVEDfor years to get my renewal prescriptions. It is so much easier and more efficient than the previous method of having to see my specific physician for a letter, and also so much less expensive. I also appreciate that verification is accessible to dispensaries 24/7, as opposed to the previous issues of doctors offices being closed for lunch or the day or weekend! I was surprised this year that there was very little discussion with the physician, and that there was no interest in my updating my X-rays or records which are years old, but my qualifying conditions havent changed, there just are more of them. I did notice this year add ons for various fees, with different degrees of consultation. I do not need any consultation as I am a consultant myself, but was surprised to see charges for things that had been previously discussed for free with the prescribing doctor. They do exactly what they say they're going to do, and make the process simple. I was expecting to have to give a detailed explanation of my traumas but the provider was incredibly respectful, and only required the "headline" version, which I found incredibly reassuring and avoided me having to re-live the trauma. I prepared to leave the appointment feeling worn down, but I instead felt heard and cared for.
