The process was simple. I waited about 15 mins for the interview. The Doctor asked me a few questions about my medical history. That was it, Simple. I already have my first order and will pick it up tomorrow. Thank You

I was informed by the state of Georgia that their doctor wasn't allowed to refer people to the program. I was denied because of their administrative issues. Super misleading.

I am waiting on support to email me back after I received an email from the state of Georgia indicating my application was canceled. "We are writing to inform you that your pending application for a Georgia Medical Cannabis card has been canceled. At this time, the physician who certified your card is temporarily unable to enroll new patients into the program. This is an administrative matter between the physician and the Georgia Composite Medical Board, and we are unable to provide further details." The chat feature for support isn't working and hasn't been operational in over a week. The support phone number, 866-847-7205, is a recorded message. I'll update this review as things develop. I expect a refund or to be assigned a qualifying or certified doctor in the eyes of the state of Georgia.

Terrible experience. Been waiting online for a Dr. consultation multiple times, multiple days. Each time I ask the chat how much longer I get a very rude response. Tyler being the absolute worst. GO ELSEWHERE

What an easy and painless way to get your med card. I filled out paperwork on line. Was called...

I have tried to see a Dr. 5 times now. Each time, I've wated for more than 30 minutes. Today, is my 5th attempt. Still waiting at an hour and 15 minutes. Customer service has not been responsive. I messaged the Dr., and she was unresponsive. Terrible experience. Not sure if I will be able to get my money back or not. Do not recommend

Great MD, will be recommending NuggMD to my friends and family.

I did experience some difficulties. Customer service was great. They made every attempt to rectify the problems. They agreed to refund me though it has yet to be posted to the account. I went with a recommendation from what I thought was the state for appointment. I was assigned to the same Dr that this site eventually assigned me to. I thought everything was fine, but I was once again denied a card by the state of Georgia stating the Physician is temporarily unable to enroll new patients. Also, through the different booking portal (that was more expensive), one of the downloaded documents was in Chinese. Sorry, I can't vouch for this site.

Very helpful easy experience to apply online very fast after giving all my medical information of being accepted by the doctor happy to be able to use a promo code from Rise dispensary where I live to get accepted on the medical program been trying to do this since the beginning when medical marijuana was being accepted in the state of Minnesota best been pushing legislation for criminal change of marijuana laws for over 40 years due to Medical cannabis appreciate that there are the help needed when applying for a medical marijuana card I appreciate the understanding when someone's medical history dates back over 60 years of trying to get help and prescription medicines were not the answer
