Worse company ever!! Did my certification two weeks ago. Thought it was odd I didn't get my card. Checked PAs website and my certification isn't there. Reach out to nuggmd. The tell me my patient id number is wrong. It isn't. I just have a low number. They refused to submit assuming they were correct. Called the doctor she confirmed everything is going. They still refused to submit it. Refused to refund. Called another doctor and go my certification done in 5 minutes. And it's reflecting on PAs site already. Stay away from this shady company. Stealing 50 dollars at a time. No phone number to call. Big red flag.

I began process on a laptop. When it came time to upload a picture of my ID, there was no active link to do so. a friend trying to assist me said I needed to be on cellphone. When I was filling out online form, and wanted to go back to previous page, I lost bits of information when returning to current page, on form. Overall it worked out.

I rarely rate on Trustpilot, but I felt the need to talk about my experience. The entire thing was very seamless and fast! I filled out the application and was immediately seen by a provider who cleared within 10s. Following, I received detailed instructions on how to complete the Gov application process. I ran into an issue getting the doctor's signature and using the chat was able to get the problem resolved. Support tried 3 remedies with me, so the support is strong. Ultimately, I got my card from the Gov within 36 hours! Thank you!
