The whole process went so smoothly! It was easy to set up and I was able to see the doctor shorty after! They submitted the paperwork! Highly recommend!

I thought I had done something wrong because the wait was longer than expected, but it was just the process. The doctor was very friendly and informative. She listened to almost all of my concerns. I say most because there wasn't a need to elaborate on everything. It's definitely worth the wait in cue and expense.

NuggMd is the BEST outlet to get your medical marijuana ID. I’ve been using them for the past 5 years and the process is EASY and SEAMLESS. Everyone should be using NuggMD imho. The pricing could be lower, around $50, as I just got re-certified and the lowest price was $119 and the Dr. who certified me was on the phone with me for about 3 minutes so the cost is WAY TOO HIGH.

I was skeptical at first, but WOW, this service is amazing, quick, and the doctor I spoke with was incredible to talk to. AND it was fast. I started the process Sunday night and had my medical marijuana card Sunday night. I even contacted the government agency who issues it and had them put veteran status on it for deeper discounts. Again, I did all of this Sunday night and Monday morning everything was in order including the veteran status when I arrived at the dispensary. If you are on the fence, jump off and give this service a try. It was amazing and surpassed every one of my expectations!

I came across NuggMD during an internet search and decided to give them a try. Glad I did! They are fast, reliable, fair and honest. Their newsletter is informative, too.

The account was easy enough to set up but Nugg could do a little better at explaining how the overall process works. That said, my interview was professional & accurate and the certification is definitely authentic and was delivered quickly. Highly recommend.

When I called to speak with the doctor, my wait time was minimal. The doctor listened to my reasons for requesting a card, chronic migraines, and approved me. I’m now waiting for the email so I can complete the other forms.

If your good with the technology, of the modern world it"s doable. If your not you will never get your online application done. I'm 72 and had to have my son help me ALOT. I would of given up with out his help. They are legit, just not senior citizen friendly

Nuggmd made getting my license renewal a breeze! They were so kind and supportive, I definitely recommend to everyone.

Perfect experience using NuggMD again to get my medical license renewed. Fast, easy, nice doctors who are helpful. The only reason for one star off was due to feeling pressured to spend more money to upgrade {twice} after all done approving. And, luckily I only did it once because the items that I could get this "big" discount were not anything I'd use. At the same time, this would not make me avoid them again as they are good. I just will not buy any "extra upgrades" in my case.

You definitely get good customer service, pretty fast service as well , so no complaints threre. But today. I went to a medical cannabis store, and they had and they were advertising a company that offers a medical cannabis card for $89.00. NuggMD charges 139.00. They other place is well known as well, in fact I think it’s more well known then NuggMD. I don’t want to bash NuggMd, as I should have shopped around, so that’s my fault. KG

I loved the easy access, the steps were simple to follow, and they put me in contact with a doctor the same day. Only downside is said doctor is slow in getting me the actual prescription (10 days and counting since being approved...). While I appreciate the same-day visit, it seems a very simple thing for the doctor to write it up the same day as well.
