Renewal was easy. They are very nice and understanding. It's my 3rd year. Both renewal and the 1st appointment are fast and if your not the best with internet/technology, or have slow internet. They make sure you get it done.

Took me maybe 10 minutes to do on my phone, next morning I take a phonecall and I'm set! Easiest support I've gotten anywhere ever. Also helps me with learning more about what will help me best in my own situation. Absolutely amazing overall.
